The bad news it was raining, the good news Mary and I had breakfast reservations at Ohana's with Mickey, Lilo Stich and Pluto. The bad news it took an hour to get a table, the good news it was raining and we had nothing else to do! By the time we got done the rain had ended and we were ready for some fun! Mary and I were on our own until dinner when Daddy met us at the castle and was surprised his girl had once again turned into a princess at the Bippity boppity boutique. This time she chose the "Disney Diva" versus the "Fairytale Princess".
Dinner at the castle this time was worse than last; I had a stringy piece of meat stuck between my teeth for several hours. I am hoping it is better next time (note to self-write an email to Disney about the food). The coolness of eating at the castle wears off fast when you realize how much it costs (the good news I paid for it 6 months ago so I pretty much forgot what I spent and with Tables in Wonderland I got money back that night on my card so I could foo myself into thinking it was a good deal) and how not great the food is. Most importantly how much they have cut back on the quality and portion of the desserts. The "sampler" is barely a bite of three different types of OK deserts. Those of you who know me know I starve myself for months to eat at Disney and that my friends is becoming less fun. Disney castle is on notice you are getting one more dinner out of me and then I am moving on!
p.s. we rode Peter Pan again at least 3 times that day, saw every parade that was shown along with the "castle show" "Dream along with Mickey" all together now "dreams come true, dreams come true". I did not leave my credit card anywhere that day but Mary did talk me into a bunch of "stuff" at the BBB. All little girls need elbow length gloves right? I had ripped through my Disney dollars and was working on my gift card. Good news more Disney dollars would be available tomorrow when my statement cuts off.
