This photography thing is definitely a work in progress with no end in sight. It seems like the more I read the more I analyze what I am doing now and make changes. This morning’s discovery my camera has a mode that shoots 3200 ISO hum - I have no idea what the pictures will be like (too noisy?) but this opens a new range of possibilities of pictures without having to use the flash. Thank God for digital cameras if I was trying to figure all this out buying film and developing pictures we would go broke!
The picture above is saving in SRGB mode – I save all my stuff in RGB mode (supposed to be better for printing) but I read that won’t look good on the web. Also I calibrated my monitor but for some reason Royal Blue looks off – how could everything else be fine but Royal Blue is off?

what did you use to calibrate with? Something you bought that I can swipe, use and return so I don't have to buy one?!?!?!?! :)
