The classes were awesome! I also got some great tips (really reinforcements) how to handle my little Mary taking pictures. I got this one this a.m. trying to incorporate the things I learned (no flash with my cheap lens). The whole rule of thirds thing was something I didn't know anything about. There was some conflicting information so I guess everyone uses what works for them. Hopefully if you follow my scrapbook pages and P365 pages you will see a huge improvement in the pictures over the coming months!

Sorry I didn't mention the rule of thirds...since I have known about it for along time I figured you did too with all the reading you do...
I read about it - but didn't really "get it" now I am putting a grid over my pics before I crop in case I am not able to incorporate it when I actually take the shot.
ok..Lizzie. Don't get carried away here darlin'. It is a rule, a guideline, a suggestion...not a law! And besides..ask Mary, rules are made to be broken!
