OK was it yesterday I said life was boring and I had nothing to say? Fast forward to last night at 11:15 Mary is screaming says her ear hurts and we are up for 5 hours! Took her to the Dr this a.m. her ear drum did rupture it is infected and it looks like part of the tube is stuck in there and it is infected around it. Great I guess that is why that ear stays infected. This is the ear that the ENT removed the tube on 2/17. I am curious if my ENT knows that and just didn’t mention it to me?
Oh well despite all my complaining I can think of at least one person who had it a lot worse than me so many years ago today…

Oh my poor baby. Not fair, seems she has more than her share. I know it is hard on the rest of the family too. Love you all, hang in there.

I had those darned ear infections/tubes all the time when I was her age. It sucked. And happened every Easter. My Dad bought those big inflatable rabbits (that were out obviously because of the holiday) ever time and told me that was what the Dr. pulled out of my ear after surgery or another trip to the Dr. I may have told you that story before. Hmm. It made all the pain livable though and I remember it with fond memories to this day as silly as that sounds. Hmm. Maybe I need to buy one and mail it to Mary.
I hope that poor girl is feeling better soon.
