For those of you who normally receive chocolate chip cookies baked by my own two hands…
Yes, you are getting cookies – no I am not baking them. A well known bakery in Ohio will be delivering a variety of yummy cookies to you before Christmas. This is part of my Christmas simplification – better known as Jim is staying in town indefinitely and my baking time is limited.

Sounds like an excuse to me...
Allright this is the final straw. First the Charlie Brown Christmas tree, and now this. Store bought cookies can not possibly match the cookies you make by hand. There can be no substitute for cookies baked with love, unless I was to have an affair with some cookie factory worker in Ohio. Send Jim to work. If he won't leave town get him a job at Dominoes. Maybe you could send him to Elf Dancing classes
Not store bought cookies - bakery cookies from Cheryl & Company which are pretty darn tasty. Aunt Linda will send you some cookies baked with love
Not as good as yours.
I hope you are satisfied. Those store bought cookies have given poor Mary diarrea.
OK for the record Mary does not have diarrhea regardless she did not eat any of the cookies as we do not have any. I only sent them to our beloved family (Lisa share with Melba when you get there they are coming there) Further I spent $200 to rid myself of the guilt from not baking cookies, can’t I buy my way out of this? I got them from Cheryl & Company and they have always been good in the past in fact the Gilbreath’s would probably have the frosted sugar cookies anyway. Either way let me off the guilt trip!
Ok forget the guilt. Just make sure I get more cookies than Lisa.
One more thing. We weren't trying to make you feel guilty. It's not our fault that you bake such great cookies, and have spoiled us.
In the past, I have always had to go get cookies at Liz's house if I wanted some, now I have to go all the way to Phoenix! sheez!
I will be in Colorado the next weekend...I might just go get Bob's cookies too!
