I talked at length with one of the other mom's last night along with the Infant 3 teachers about Toddler Club. Jack's mom was concerned because they wanted to move Jack up to Toddler Club and she said no based on observations she has made lately. Since Mary is only a month younger than Jack I now am watching Toddler Club closer myself to see if I share her concerns. I also ran into another Mom who's son was moved to Toddler Club in the last two months and she isn't happy, says it is nothing like Infant 3 WHICH I LOVE!
I have already started drafting my letter to the director but how do I time this? Obviously it looks like I am bitching before Mary even gets in there but that is just it I want these issues resolved before Mary gets in there.
Oh and the uniforms are the least of my concern!
p.s The Gymbucks have been spent I just hope she doesn't get it Toddler Club too soon and can't wear all the cute clothes I bought for her for Spring!

Well Gee Liz...thanks for passing those gymbucks on to someone who really needs them....ME!!!! Just kidding.
Oh Lisa...Joshua is destined to be tall I guess with his dad being 6'3", his uncle Greg being 6'6" and his mom being 5'11" I just wonder how tall he will be.

There are alot of things I would pass along dogs, horses etc but not my Gymbucks figuring out how to spend them has kept me busy for two weeks!
Just the fact that they wear uniforms is a concern! How do they decide when they move up to the "Club level". It sounds exclusive! If it is soon, I would definately get in there and start observing. Make your own judgement. It might just be some moms who are having a hard time watching their babies become toddlers. If you don't get the warm fuzzies, do something about it. Don't let my sweet little niece spend even one day with people who aren't good. She is worth it!!

Well right now it seems they decide to move them up based on how many babies are on the waiting list for Infant 1 and then someone moves up at each level. My concern is they just increased the ratio in Toddler Club to 6 to 1 versus 5 to 1. I don't know if my tuition goes down but frankly I don't care I want the old ratios. One day last week I picked Mary up early and saw ONE Toddler club teacher trying to herd 7-8 kids in the door of their class. If one would have made a run for it she would have lost them all.
I just spent the better part of the last hour typing a masterpiece. When I hit publish the whole thing just disapeared. Damn it Lisa you've gone too far this time. I certainley am not going to type it all again. %3@#$ this Blog.
