Happy Birthday Jim

Today Jim is 44! That sounded so old when we were in our 20's now it doesn't sound that old - especially when you consider we have a 1 year old! We will probably have a dual celebration on 2/22 - Hopey's birthday she will be 2!

Mary has been really crabby this week after I get her home I don't know what is wrong with her. Last night she pointed to the Tylenol I asked her if her teeth hurt and she nodded yes. I have no idea if she knew what I was talking about but I gave her some. A little tylenol never hurt anyone. Last night she had cookie, fish sticks and a cheese stick for dinner and yes I gave her the cookie with the fish stick I just wanted the crying to stop. Of course I will not make a habit of this if she tries it again tonight it won't work.

Happy Birthday to Jim!! I wish I was 44. I applaud your commitment to not letting Mary get away with having a cookie with her fish stick tonight. Does that mean she get's the cookie first? Seriously anything that stops the crying is proper parenting.

Happy Birthday to Jim!!

Seriously Liz, I think 16 months is a terrible age. We had a super cry fest yesterday with screaming and I was just about ready to join in until Chris got home. Of course, then the 365 angel arrived and all was right in the world.
