Not really sure what I was thinking when Mary woke up about 1:45 a.m. and wanted milk. She and I walked to the kitchen grabbed a bottle and I looked for something on TV that would put her to sleep, why I chose Grease I will never know. She did start nodding off during “Hopelessly Devoted to you” but was standing up on the bed during “Greased Lightning” trying to dance just like them. I used the same stupid logic during nap time earlier yesterday and put on Happy Feet – which by the way if you say penguin she starts doing the Happy Feet dance. Her cuteness certainly outweighs the high maintenance! So again Little Mary is sleep deprived but has added some new dance moves to her repertoire.
Courtney was at the QH show again this weekend and picked up 2 second place ribbons! Not sure it was worth the 100 degree heat in the barn or getting home at 1:00 a.m. Something tells me she and Hopey will be taking a nice long nap today.
