So sad.... But you know Grandpa really did love you and trust you, he just didn't know you would have to deal with so much crap.

I think all of our parents should just spend/payoff everything before they go and live in a rented apartment! Then there is nothing to deal with...one garage sale or donation truck pick up and BAM!!! It is done! Sounds like a plan to me!
