Quite sad when Dad is counting on me for entertainment.. Mary continues to be the request line in the backseat starts with “listen to Bobo music” we usually make it through 3-6 Temptations songs of course I hear “sing Mommy” if I am not singing, she is starting to sing along to like in Get Ready “you’re all right” “you’re out of sight” and here and there in “I can’t get next to you” gets all the “I’s” and the castle verse. She is nothing but smiles for “The way you do the things you do” and has started singing along with “Ball of confusion” which is a hard one to sing even for me. Then it’s on to the Wiggle’s “Monkey song” , followed by Dorothy the Dinosaur, maybe some “Head shoulders knees and toes” depending on her mood then usually back to “Bobo music” so I am trying to drive and use the I phone to make my little boss happy – that is my world three hours a day. If I am lucky I get to hear a little Elvis radio before she remembers she wants to hear “Bobo music”.
This week has once again flown by tonight is Mimi’s for dinner, a muffin man for Daddy then on to the Airport we will be in the Suburban with the Temptations blaring – probably the only one!

If Dad was bugging you to blog today , why hasn't he answered? I am willing to bet that the temptations (any who may be alive), would never guess that their music is connected to Bobo. An aging Mom, Grandmother who grew up in white Suburban Chicago. Who'da guessed it?
Hope you and Mary enjoyed your dinner at Mimi's. I'm sure she and Dad enjoyed muffin man. Is the valentine party tomorrow? Are you going to school?
Nana
For the record there is only one orginal Temptation alive the one who helped with the movie Otis Williams. Here is a link for everything you want to know about the Temptations aka Bobo music

I read something really odd on another website Eddie Kendrick was arrested in 1991 at David Ruffin's funeral for failure to pay back child support. Eddie died a year later of lung cancer. Some really tragic stories.
