Poor Courtney she has become "Jan Brady" "Well, all day long at school I hear how great Marcia is at this or how wonderful Marcia did that! Marcia, Marcia, Marcia!" Or in our case Mary.
Some days I really do feel sorry for Courtney. Like at 5:00 a.m. when I call her on her cell phone and ask her to sleep in my bed with Mary (Mary doesn't always sleep in her crib all night) so I can take a shower so I can get to work on time. With Jim working out of town she is the primary caretaker of everything with 4 legs and the “other parent” three days a week with Mary. I honestly don’t know what I would do without her. Now that’s not to say everything she does is perfect but more often than not she helps keep things going around here (with some gentle nagging on my part). She can do so many things I can’t (drive a standard, back a trailer, drive a tractor etc) Jim probably feels like he got a raw deal in the wife department! He jokes he bought me for $10 (the cost of the marriage license) you get what you pay for buddy!
She has had a few big screw ups the last two month but hopefully she will get everything under control again. She has a tremendous responsibility taking care of the animals and odd and end things at the house but I know it's nothing she can't handle.
