The maids found the shoes! They were wrapped up in the blankets on the couch! Oh well I could have saved $30 but at least I didn't lose my mind!!

Just out of curiosity, and an attempt to put this shoe caper behind us, who wrapped up the shoes in the blanket? Jim was out of town. Hopey lacks the coordination. That pretty much leaves You or Cinderella.Don't even try to blame precious Mary. Maybe You could come up with one of those stories from your teenage years. Someone broke in and hid them so that they could come back later and carry them off. Are the Clintons in town?
I agree it is suspicious. One has to wonder what the Great Pumpkin is doing before he makes his way to the O’Grady’s for Halloween. I think he may also be a potential shoe thief.
